Make sure that the address that you provided to your employer is accurate

It is important that you provide an accurate address to your employer, and
more important, it has to be an address that you will be able to receive your
mail between January and February. This is the time when the employer sends a
form W-2, which is necessary to file US Income Tax. DO NOT use the address of
a hotel or a temporary rental apartment - your mail may get lost or be
returned to addressee. In this case you should use address of your relative
that lives in USA permanently, your home address in Poland, or get PO BOX at
the post office.
